1. What is the working title of your book?
Linked Through Time/ Lost Through Time is the sequel

2. Where did the idea come from for the book?
My father grew up on a farm with 10 brothers and sisters. They were very poor, but rich in love and stories. A lot of what happens to my character comes from my father’s life. I just can’t believe he grew up with so little. But it made him a great man.

3. What genre does your book fall under?
YA- paranormal, romance, mystery

4. Which actors would you choose to play your characters in a movie
rendition?
Kate- Jennifer Lawrence, Travis- Liam Hemsworth, Dave- Taylor Lautner, Dean- Dennis Quaid

5. What is the one-sentence synopsis of your book?
After traveling back in time, Kate deals with tremendous hardship, a boyfriend with a dark side, and the knowledge that she is never out of death’s reach!

6. Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
Solstice Publishing

7. How long did it take you to write the first draft of your manuscript?
6 months

8. What other books would you compare this story to within your genre?
Maybe a simpler version of Outlander.

9. Who or What inspired you to write this book?
My father and my husband-

10. What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
The sequel will take the reader to a real event that happened in my father’s home town- a wildfire that destroyed over 300,000 acres and left entire towns homeless on the brink of a Northern Winter.
